North Northamptonshire Council is seeking to appoint a Provider to deliver Specialist Supported Housing Services to support the Council's Temporary Accommodation Pathway. The service will provide and manage specialist supported accommodation for single homeless adults with high and multiple complex needs within North Northamptonshire. The service forms part of the Council's wider homelessness prevention and temporary accommodation arrangements and will support individuals who require intensive housing management and person-centred support to achieve and sustain accommodation outcomes. The service is intended to support individuals experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping, including those with complex and multiple support needs such as mental health challenges, substance misuse, offending histories, dual diagnosis and other barriers to independent living. The successful Provider will be responsible for: - Management and operation of the supported accommodation provision; - Delivery of housing-related support and intensive housing management; - Assessment, support planning and risk management; - Safeguarding and welfare arrangements; - Working collaboratively with health, substance misuse, criminal justice, housing and other support agencies; - Supporting residents to progress towards independence and suitable move-on accommodation; and - Monitoring and reporting service performance and outcomes.
