Provision of Regulation 44 Independent Visitor Services for Children's Homes and the Secure Children's Home

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking a provider to deliver Regulation 44 Independent Visitor services across five of the Council's internal children's homes and the Secure Children's Home (SCH), carrying out independent visits at least once each month, in accordance with Regulation 44 of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. The provider shall deliver a Regulation 44 Independent Visitor service to all specified homes in accordance with Regulation 44 of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
