Community Harm Reduction and Recovery Initiation Services – Core Locality Hub Services

The Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership (EH&SCP), through the City of Edinburgh Council (the Council), wish to tender for the provision of a city-wide Community Harm Reduction and Recovery Initiation Service, delivered via local hubs throughout the City. The Service supports people over the age of 18 who encounter problems as a result of substance use or who are in recovery from substance use. The Service facilitates initiation of recovery and provides help to manage community harm related to the use of drugs and alcohol across the city.
