Holiday Activity Fund Programme

RBC are completing a ITT exercise for the provision of Holiday Activity Fund Programme - Local authorities have been asked to ensure that the offer of free holiday club provision is available for all children eligible for benefit related free school meals in the Reading Borough Council area. There are approximately 4800 children eligible for benefit related free school meals attending school in Reading. We would not expect all eligible children to participate. Suppliers that would like to take part in this process are invited to "Express Interest" upon which they will be given access to the full documentation delivered through this portal. Documents can be accessed from the "My Tenders" area of this website by selecting the "View Details" button for the project. Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 12/04/2026.
